North Carolina Real Estate Commission Credit is available for Real Estate Licensees for the following appraisal classes:

Rules of the Road and Staying Out of the Ditches (4 hours elective credit NCREC - pending 9/15/08)
Sales Comparison Analyses (in-class only) (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
Solving the Mystery of FHA Appraisal (4 hours elective credit NCREC - pending 9/15/08)
Trainees and Supervisors (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
Top Appraisal Questions (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
USPAP Update (in-class only) (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
For $20 additional per course we will submit your information to the NCREC for credit. If you only need NCREC credit (no NCAB), there is no additional charge.
* Please note: NCREC will not accept credit for courses taken between June 11 and June 30 of every year.
