North Carolina Real Estate Commission Credit is available for Real Estate Licensees for the following appraisal classes:

Board Rules and Laws (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
Rules of the Road and Staying Out of the Ditches (4 hours elective credit NCREC - pending 9/15/08)
Sales Comparison Analyses (in-class only) (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
Solving the Mystery of FHA Appraisal (4 hours elective credit NCREC - pending 9/15/08)
Trainees and Supervisors (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
Top Appraisal Questions (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
USPAP Update (in-class only) (4 hours elective credit NCREC)
For $20 additional per course we will submit your information to the NCREC for credit. If you only need NCREC credit (no NCAB), there is no additional charge.
* Please note: NCREC will not accept credit for courses taken between June 11 and June 30 of every year.

For an additional $25 we will produce an additional certificate with your SC Appraiser Number and the name of AndMar Education (a division of NCREEI that is approved to offer Appraisal CE by the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board) so that the course may be counted as CE in South Carolina.
