All Classes are 7 hours appraisal credit unless otherwise noted. Reviewing Appraisals on the Fannie Mae Forms is a 4 hour course. All Classes are from 9:00AM to 5:00PM unless otherwise noted. Costs at bottom of this page.
Raleigh Wachovia Center on Fayetteville St: June 28. Park in Alexander Square across the street (enter from Wilmington St: one-way north flowing traffic).
Qualifying Education Courses including Certified Level & Trainee Classes and USPAP 15-hour class can be taken for CE.

Note:
*Exam Prep for Appraisers classes are taught by Joyce Pusey, SRA. They are TWO DAY (days are consecutive) classes and are approved for 14 hours Continuing Education credit with the North Carolina Appraisal Board. This class includes an Textbook and is designed to assist in preparation for the Certified Exam. Classes run from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. The cost is $325 for 14 hours.
USPAP 2010-2011 Bring your own USPAP 2010-2011 book, or buy one from us for $70 (price subject to change).
