Please read carefully the following information updated Jan. 15, 2009.
We are offering a special for the current Continuing Education renewal cycle that is effective July 1, 2009-June 1, 2009:
Take 21 Hours Appraisal Continuing Education (online or live) with NCREEI between July 1, 2009-May 31, 2009, get $25 $50 off your next 7 hour course (online or live). You must take 28 hours with NCREEI this renewal cycle to get the $50 off your 4th 7 hour class.
Here's how:
Sign up and complete payment for 21 hours of Appraisal Continuing Education offered by NCREEI in NC between July 1, 2009 and June 1, 2009. Our database keeps track of the classes that you take with us. After you have paid for 21 hours of continuing education (online or live), you are eligible for $50 off your next 7 hour class. Call us if registering for the remainder of your 28 hours, so you can pay once and include the discount. The discount MUST be mentioned or noted at the time of registration. If you register late and must pay the day of class, you must have prior approval to get the $50 discount. The instructors will not have access to students' course history with them at class. Course history must be verifed by our staff before discount is given.
$50 off for an online class: Call us at 704.864.1711 for a discount code to enter at registration. We will check your courses in our system and give you instructions for how to use the discount. You may only use one discount at a time for online classes (i.e. the $50 off and the $10 off cannot be combined). Hint: Don't save an online class for last and you can use the $10 off and still get $50 off a live class. OBVIOUSLY, WE ARE CLOSED SAT and SUN May 30 and 31 - discounts should be claimed prior to May 29, 4:45 PM.
$50 off a live class: You may register online, by mail, or by phone. To pay send a check for your registration that is $50 less than the posted registration price or call us to process your credit card payment at the discounted rate. Please note that you will not be able to use our online PAYMENT system to pay for the discounted class, but we will be happy to handle your credit card payment by phone.
This discount offer is for all Continuing Education courses offered in NC by NCREEI during the July 1, 2009 to June 1, 2009 period. All 28 hours or all four courses (the 3 to qualify for the discount and the one to apply it) must be completed during this time period. The discount MUST be mentioned or noted at the time of registration. Retroactive discounts will not be refunded after the time of registration, but if you contact us by June 30, 2009, we will give you a $50 credit for the next renewal cycle July 1, 2009- May 31, 2011.
Note: We previously advertised this discount as $25 off. If you have already taken advantage of the $25 this renewal cycle, we will give you a $25 credit for your next 7 hour class to be used in the next renewal cycle. You must call or email our office before June 30, 2009 if you are eligible for the credit.
