Here's how:
Sign up and attend 21 hours of Appraisal Continuing Education offered by NCREEI in NC between July 1, 2007 and June 1, 2009. Our database keeps track of the classes that you take with us. After you have paid for and completed 21 hours of continuing education (online or live), you are eligible for $25 off your next 7 hour class.
$25 off for an online class: Call us at 704.864.1711 for the discount code to enter at registration. We will check your courses in our system and give you instructions for how to use the discount.
$25 off a live class: You may register online, by mail, or by phone. To pay send a check for your registration that is $25 less than the posted registration price or call us to process your credit card payment at the discounted rate. Please note that you will not be able to use our online PAYMENT system to pay for the discounted class, but we will be happy to handle your payment by phone.
This discount offer is for all Contining Education courses offered in NC by NCREEI during the July 1, 2007 to June 1, 2009 period. All four courses (the 3 to qualify for the discount and the one to apply it) must be completed during this time period.
